LETTA SED
Letta Sed graduated studies with a master degree in Chemistry at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. In 2012 - 2015 she studied Photography at the Warsaw School of Photography and Graphic Design. This last studies and her chemistry background gave her the opportunity to express herself through both the fine art photography and the visual art, as well as helped her develop herself in the reportage and documentary photography. Until 2020 she worked in various FMCG corporation.
On the one hand in her fine art photography she is influenced by the works of Zdzislaw Beksinski and Mark Rothko, on the other hand Sebastiao Salgado's work inspired and encouraged her to take photography of people in their natural environment: in the place of their work and life (documentary photography, photojurnalism photography)
In her fine art photography, she uses different techniques like techniques of digital collage, handmade collage, experimental techniques and new media.
She is also interested in abstraction, which is often for her an inspiration to create new images.
